The two artists are not collaborating for the first time. In 2018, they released “Cu inima” together, a song that made waves in the music industry and is still listened to by fans. “Cu inima” has no less than 42 million views on YouTube.
“La Mal” is the script of a typical love story, which is never linear. Many times, we tend to get lost on the way, to choose wrong paths, even if our heart tells us otherwise. Cabron’s unmistakable flow combines with JO’s powerful vocals to create a memorable track.
“La Mal” was written in HaHaHa Production studios and is released in co-production with Cat Music. Alexandru Minculescu (Cabron), Florin Boka (Feenom), Cally Roda, Ana Maria-Stancu and Razvan Sofronescu worked on the piece.
Cabron has been active on the Romanian music market for over 20 years. It started with Shobby with whom he had the band Codu’ Penal. In 2006, he released his first solo album, “Prin ochii mei”, which he released for free on the Internet, at the request of his fans. In 2008 he joined the HaHaHa Production team, with whom he released several singles that became hits on all radio stations in Romania.
JO conquered the public and the specialty charts with songs such as “Lacrimile”, “Noapte polara”, “126” and “Adio”, a single released on his birthday. In November 2021, JO released “Iubirea mea”, then followed “Mă mai ia” (along with JUNO), “Vocea ta”, “Dorul” and “Summer rain”. Last summer, JO released “Soare” together with RUBY, an anthem of the joy of living every moment the way we want.
